箱包產業在壓力中尋新局

在全球經貿格局震盪、國內需求仍待恢復的背景下,箱包行業已進入結構調整與動能轉化的關鍵窗口期。11月中旬,於湖南藍山召開的中國皮革協會箱包皮具專業委員會2025年會,以“以智提質 聚力未來”爲主題,匯聚政府、企業、科研機構200餘位代表,既對行業運行重點數據進行了系統研判,也對未來發展戰略形成了較明確的共識。

 透過這一年會,可以觀察到箱包產業站在“傳統要素優勢衰退”與“新動能加速集聚”的雙重拐點,正在經歷從外貿依賴型向品牌價值型、從低成本製造向智能製造、從單鏈條競爭向供應鏈協同的深層演變。

 压力前所未有:

 量跌價降與利潤壓縮成爲行業常態

 中國皮革協會副理事長陳佔光在會上指出,國際經貿環境動盪、國內消費恢復不均衡,使整個行業承受顯著壓力。這在箱包行業2025年前三個季度的數據中體現得尤爲明顯:銷售收入下降10.7%,重點企業利潤下滑28.8%,出口額下降11.5%,出口單價下降13.9%。量跌價降的疊加,使企業利潤空間進一步被壓縮,“內卷式競爭”成爲普遍困境。

 從這些數據可以看到,傳統以勞動力、土地、低成本供應鏈爲支撐的比較優勢正在快速消失;全球箱包消費呈現分化趨勢,中低端市場飽和,高質量與個性化需求在增長,要求產業轉向高質量產品與品牌競爭。同樣壓力也落在國內市場,消費者趨於理性,更關注產品使用價值、設計創新與服務體驗,倒逼企業轉向“質的躍遷”。

新机遇正在形成:

 創新、升級與全球佈局成爲關鍵變量

 儘管壓力陡增,但行業“向好的基本面未變”。陳佔光強調的三股新動力已開始重塑行業格局。

 第一,科技創新顯著加速。新材料、新工藝、新技術正在成爲企業突圍的新武器。抗刮耐磨環保皮革、生物基材料、綠色膠黏劑、柔性自動化縫製設備等持續落地,不僅降低了生產成本,也提升了產品附加值。例如,廣東、福建等地的龍頭企業已經通過智能產線縮短交付週期,實現訂單響應的柔性化。

 第二,消費升級打開更大的內需空間。品牌化、場景化和功能性消費增長顯著,如城市通勤場景帶動的輕量化揹包需求,親子、露營等戶外場景帶動的功能性箱包需求,成爲行業結構性增長的來源。具有鮮明審美、故事性設計和場景細分能力的品牌正在脫穎而出。

 第三,全球化佈局提供新的增長空間。受國際貿易格局變化影響,我國箱包企業主動佈局海外產能,加快在東南亞、南亞等地區的投資,形成“國內研發+全球製造+多地市場”的佈局,提升抗週期能力。

产业趋势明确:

 數字化成爲行業重構的主引擎

 此次年會最重要的共識是,“以智提質”已不是行業口號,而是關係未來五年到十年競爭力的關鍵路徑。數字化不僅是提高效率,更是重塑產業價值鏈的核心力量。

 中國皮革協會箱包皮具專業委員會主任趙立國作了“箱包行業經濟運行情況分析”報告,分析認爲,推動行業增長的傳統要素優勢已不存在,但消費升級、質量品牌、智能製造、數字化轉型、區域協同等新生動力正在形成,行業在危局之中仍有機遇可尋。

 其中,智能製造成爲降低成本與提升品質的現實解法。在勞動成本不斷上漲的背景下,自動化裁剪、智能縫製、數字化品控正在從少數龍頭企業擴展到中型企業。在浙江平湖、廣東花都等產業集羣,智能設備普及率顯著提升,使企業能夠在減少人力的同時提升一致性和交付能力。

 另外,供應鏈協同成爲降低風險的重要手段,未來產業競爭不再是“企業與企業”之間,而是“供應鏈與供應鏈”之間。通過數字化鏈接上下游,形成工藝標準共享、配件透明化、庫存可視化的供應鏈體系,可顯著提高行業抗波動能力。例如藍山縣本地企業藉助數字化協同平臺實現訂單生產透明化,讓中小企業也能參與更復雜、更高要求的國際訂單。

 “品牌化”是未來的必經之路。得益於數字化營銷、本地化設計人才崛起以及消費文化變化,中國箱包品牌具備從OEM向品牌端延伸的條件。以武漢、廣州、成都爲代表的新銳品牌,通過設計驅動表達生活方式,成爲年輕羣體的消費偏好,這一趨勢將重塑行業競爭格局。
